The RP117 is a negative voltage LDO regulator that provides high ripple rejection and low output noise. Adding only one capacitor to each input and output pin can make a simple structure and high performance LDO regulator.

RP117 series operate PRODUCT LONGEVITY PROGRAM.
This program has been introduced to help customers select the most appropriate part for applications that require long life cycles.
The RP117 includes an auto-discharge function. A set output voltage and a package type are userselectable options.
