1.5A PWM/VFM Buck-Boost DCDC Converter with Synchronous Rectifier

Product Specifications

The RP602 Series are CMOS-based PWM/VFM buck-boost DC/DC converters with synchronous rectifier. The RP602 automatically and smoothly switches between boost mode and buck mode according to input voltage, output voltage and load current. The power controlling method can be selected from forced PWM control type or PWM/VFM auto switching control type by inputting a signal to the MODE pin. The RP602 is offered in a 20-bump WLCSP package measuring 2.305 mm x 1.700 mm which can achieve the smallest possible footprint solution on board where area is limited.
