The R5441 is one-cell Li-ion / polymer battery protection IC provides overcharge, over-discharge, discharge /charge overcurrent, and temperature detections. One of the features of this device is a high-accuracy detection at overcharge and overcurrent. The supply current after over-discharge detection can be reduced to a minimum by stopping the internal circuits. The small WLCSP package is available.
