The product lineup for functional safety is available to meet the increasing demand for advanced safety mechanism today. The voltage detector R3152 enables to monitor not only under-voltage but also over-voltage. The R5116 is a voltage regulator with a built-in function of the R3152. The R5117 is a voltage regulator with monitors for input voltage and output voltage.
4 channel voltage detector integrated in one chip with under and over voltage monitoring function. It also has a built-in simplified fault-diagnosis function using the manual reset pin for enhanced functional safety than existing products.
High noise immunity are required more and more since many communication devices and equipment's emit EMI in the car these day. R1540 is a voltage tracker with +/-15mV and 70 mA output current with high noise immunity characteristic. R1525 is an ultra low consumption current voltage regulator with 42 V operating voltage, 200 mA output current and also high noise immunity.
For the reducing Driver's burden, the HUD with large and high quality display will have been required. With the high safety by protection features, the high resolution of Full-HD (1080P), the virtual image to 6m ahead, the keeping high contrast and the dimming feature, RN5C750 is LDD to implement HUD with high safety and high-performance.
Targeted for 48-V battery system. Maximum rating 80 V, maximum input voltage 60 V. We offer a lineup of: a DCDC buck controller R1260 with a wide input voltage range from 5 V to 60 V, a voltage regulator R1560 with an ultra-low supply current 3 µA, a regulator R1561 with a high transient response, and a voltage detector R3160 with a high voltage monitor.
