High Temperature Products

Ricoh offers a wide range of semiconductor devices that are designed for the use in high-temperature environment. Ricoh provides high temperature products that have passed a screening at high temperature and a reliability test with extended hours. To distinguish these products from other high temperature products, "-Y" is added to the end of the product name.
Please refer to the classification of the products for high temperature environment for additional details.
