The R5433V Series are high voltage CMOS-based protection ICs for over-charge /discharge of rechargeable three-cell / four-cell / five-cell Lithium-ion / Lithium-polymer battery.
Each of these ICs is composed of ten voltage detectors (nine for 3cell protection type, eleven for 4cell protection type), a reference circuit, a delay circuit, a short circuit, an oscillator, a counter and a logic circuit.
The disconnection between VDD, VSS, VCX and a charger can be detected.
Package is SSOP-16.
