R5C821/R5C822 Specifications

The R5C821 (1slot) /822 (2slots) is a single chip solution offering four PCI functions (PCI bus bridge to a PC Card, an SD Card, and a Memory Stick) with a Smart Card function.
In addition to the functions of our existing products (R5C811/812), support for a Smart Card has been implemented into the R5C821/822. This makes the R5C821/822 an ideal device for systems where advanced security is needed.

The internal regulator allows 3.3V single power operation.
