RP104 Series
Low Supply Current 150mA Voltage Regulator (LDO Regulator)

Product Specifications

The RP104 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 150mA output. The RP104’s typical low supply current of 1µA makes it ideal for use in power supply systems with the sleep mode on. The version that reduced supply current to the lowest possible level by eliminating the CE pin is also available. The output voltage accuracy is highly accurate of ±0.8% and the temperature drift coefficient of output voltage is low at Typ. ± 40ppm/°C.
