The R3133 Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with the built-in output delay circuit. There is no hysteresis between the detector threshold and the released voltage. By inputting "L" signal to MR pin, the manual reset signal is outputted. Reset signal is "H". A delay capacitor is not needed, because the output delay time of 240ms is generated with the counter in the IC.
|Operating Voltage Range (Maximum Rating)||0.8 V to 6.0 V (6.5 V)|
|Supply Current||Typ. 0.8 µA (R3133x27x: VDD=3.0V)|
|Detector Threshold Range||1.0 V to 5.0 V (0.1V steps)
Further, 2.32 V, 2.63 V, 2.93 V, 3.08 V, 4.38 V, and 4.63 V can be provided as standard.
|Output Delay Time||Typ. 240 ms|
|Detector Threshold Accuracy||±2.0%|
|Released Output Delay Time Accuracy||±15.0%|
|Detector Threshold Temperature Coefficient||Typ. ±100 ppm/°C|
|Output Types||Nch Open Drain and CMOS|
The detector threshold is the same as the released voltage, not hysteresis.
*) Manual reset input pin ("L" active)
The detector threshold and the output type for the ICs can be selected at the users’ request.
