The R1524 features ultra-low current consumption with excellent transient response. It is offered in a 5-pin, 2.9 mm x 1.6 mm SOT-23-5, making it not only the smallest solution for LDOs, but also reducing the load on the battery for vehicle.
The R1275 contains a synchronous rectifier that can improve the overall efficiency even at low output voltage. In PWM/VFM mode, at light load, it operates with low self-consumption current of 15 µA. In forced PWM mode, the frequency is set by an external resistor. In PLL_PWM mode, oscillator frequency is synchronized to an external clock frequency using a PLL and is effective for EMI control.
The R5110 is a high voltage regulator with voltage rating of 50 V and low consumption current of 25 µA. It combines a voltage regulator, a voltage detector and a watchdog timer in one chip for compact solutions like an automotive ECU.
The R5112 is a 50 V voltage regulator with a built-in voltage detector, which operates with a 3.8 µA consumption current. It operates with a 0.1 µA consumption current during standby mode and is able to reduce the current consumption of the system while a reset signal remains asserted.
The RP510 operates with a high switching frequency of 2.3 MHz, which makes it possible to select inductors small as 1 µH. It is offered in a 12-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm DFN3030-12, making it very compact solution on boards for the 4 A operation device. The peak efficiency is more than 85% when the input voltage is 3.3 V and the output voltage is 1 V.
